Tom Palladino Named 2014 Elite Head Coach

Tom brings a strong playing background and a proven commitment to player development and leadership to his coaching career.

He played Division I college hockey at Fairfield University from 2000–2004, where he gained a deep understanding of the game at a high level. Prior to his collegiate career, Tom played prep school hockey at The Winchendon School during the 1999–2000 season. He began his playing career at Saugus High School, where he was a member of the Division II State Championship team.

Following his playing career, Tom transitioned into coaching, serving as an Assistant Coach at Austin Prep from 2004–2006. Most recently, he spent the past three seasons as a Head Coach with the Islanders.

Known for his strong leadership and work ethic, Tom is committed to helping players reach their full potential both on and off the ice.

Tom resides in Lynnfield with his wife and two children.
