Emmalee is entering her first season as the Girls Program Director and Skills Instructor. Emmalee is the founder of 23 Hockey, a skills group that is committed to helping every hockey player develop to their full potential. During the 2022-23 season, Emmalee was a member of the Boston Bruins DEI Scouting Program, continuing to grow and evaluate players at a high level. She now serves as the New England Region Scout for Pilot Mound Hockey Academy and Head Coach of the Marblehead Hollyhocks U14 team. Her 15+ years of experience coaching and playing the sport provides players with a knowledgeable and dynamic approach to the game. Her work developing players span from youth to college and junior hockey players.
Emmalee grew up in Weston, Florida playing club hockey for the Golden Wolves of Pembroke Pines, Florida. She attended and played hockey at Stonehill College from 2018-2022 and received a Master's Degree in Athlete Performance and Development at Boston College in 2023.
Rob was born and raised in Winthrop MA where he began playing hockey at the age of 6. Following a 4 year hockey career at Winthrop High, where he was captain his senior year, he went on to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing at SNHU. After college Rob moved back to Winthrop where he lives with his wife and 3 daughters. He was thrilled when his youngest decided to skate. Rob has coached both mite and U10 girls for Winthrop Youth Hockey. Rob looks forward to sharing his extensive knowledge and fostering a love of the game. His emphasis on teamwork and work ethic will help to develop players on and off the ice.
The Boston Americans proudly introduce Jenna Seibold as the new head coach of the U10 Americans Girls Team. Jenna is a native of Reading, MA where she had a very successful hockey career at both Reading and Lawrence Academy, where she was selected as a captain her senior year.
After high school, Jenna was highly recruited by multiple schools including Endicott College, where she played both ice hockey and field hockey. During her tenure at Endicott, Jenna's teams secured three CCC Championships, and she earned individual accolades such as league Defensive MVP, the prestigious 2020 Richmond Baker Award, as well as multiple selections to the All-Conference Team.
Beyond her athletic achievements, Jenna's commitment to academic excellence shines through as she pursues a degree in Sports Management. Her industry experience, including internships with Bauer Hockey, adds depth to her qualifications and showcases her dedication to the sport both on and off the ice.
Jenna's unique blend of athleticism, leadership, and academic pursuits positions her perfectly for success with the Boston Americans. Her appointment reflects the organization's commitment to nurturing talent and providing outstanding coaching for its players. We eagerly anticipate Jenna's positive impact on the U10 Americans Girls Team and the broader hockey community.
Zoe Solomons is a dedicated and accomplished hockey player and coach hailing from Saugus, Massachusetts. With a passion for the game cultivated from a young age, Zoe honed their skills playing for the Shamrocks and North Shore Wings clubs before graduating from St. Mary’s Girls Hockey in 2020. Continuing her hockey journey, Solomons pursued collegiate hockey at the University of Southern Maine, where they not only excelled on the ice but also in the classroom, earning recognition on the NEHC All-Academic Team for two consecutive years and receiving the prestigious William B. Wise Scholar-Athlete award three times.
Beyond Zoe's achievements on the ice, she is deeply committed to giving back to the sport she loves. As a coach for St. Mary’s High School Summer Hockey, she shares her expertise and passion with the next generation of players, inspiring them to excel both on and off the ice.

Seth Goodrich, who has spent the past 5 seasons as the director and skills instructor for the North Shore Vipers. Seth hails from Salisbury, Vermont, and played high school hockey for both Salisbury for two seasons and then Trinity-Pawling his junior and senior year. After a postgraduate season with the Green Mountain Glades in the EJHL, Seth attended St. Anselm College where he played four years of varsity hockey and was named captain both his junior and senior years. After graduation, he worked at the Breakaway Ice Center as coach and skills director for the North Shore Vipers programs. In 2011, Seth accepted the role of Boys Varsity Head Coach and Math teacher at the Hoosac School. Seth later returned to Breakaway Ice Center as program director of the North Shore Vipers.
During his tenure as program director the Vipers emerged as a perennial Tier I contender at the state and national level. Seth directed and coached teams to a Mass State Championship and most recently, a USA Hockey National Championship. Seth is also the co-founder North American Elite Hockey School and has trained and developed over 40 NCAA Division I and III players and commits, including 6 Hockey East and ECAC commits this season.
Scott played his collegiate hockey at the University of Maine. In his senior year (1991-92), he was the Hobey Baker award winner. Post graduation, Scott continued his career at the professional level by playing 12 years in the NHL / AHL. After his playing career, Scott coached at the AHL level for 8 seasons. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Hockey Development for the Montreal Canadiens.
