Girls Boston Americans – 2019-20 Program Description
U10, U12, U14, U16, U19
Hockeytown, USA & Malden Valley Forum
The Americans will be offering full season teams at the U10, U12 & U14 levels and half season teams at the U16 & U19 levels. The program will be playing and training out of Hockey town, USA and the Malden Valley Forum. The Boston American teams will be led by renowned Girls Hockey Director, Seth Goodrich, and will be members of both the Elite 9 Girls Hockey League and the Valley Hockey League.
The E9 will offer elite girl hockey players the opportunity to train with premier coaches and instructors and compete against the very best players in New England. The core founding members of the E9 have been pioneers in player development for boy’s hockey in New England over the past 15 years and have developed more NCAA D1 & D3 players than any other program in New England. That trend will continue in the girl’s spectrum as these organizations establish the E9 as the premier league for player development across all levels of hockey.
The Valley Hockey will be a key component of the Boston American Girls training and competitive development. A large majority of NCAA DI girl commits from Massachusetts over the last 4-5 years have honed their skills and developed into an elite player, by competing at the U10 and U12 levels against the top boys teams in the VHL. This opportunity to compete in the VHL is only available to a select few girl programs in New England, including the Jr. Warriors and Boston Americans.
