Anthony grew up in Andover, MA where he played his youth hockey with the New England Moose (Super Skills hockey) then moved on to play Major Junior hockey in Canada.  Anthony continued to hone his skills as a Premier Defenseman in Canada while playing in the Maritimes Jr A Hockey League with New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, where he won the Eastern Canadian Cup.  His determination for excellence, on and off the ice, raised his level of play to the result of three entry level opportunities in the NHL.  Tony was able to play in The Edmonton Oilers, Minnesota Wild, and Washington Capitals organizations. The final years of his career were played in the East Coast, Southern Pacific, and Federal Hockey Leagues. Anthony is excited to join the Americans organization, his philosophy falls in line with our curriculum.  My goal is to develop the skills and mindsets of up and coming hockey players; get them prepared for the next level.  Not only on the ice but off the ice too.  “There is more to this game then just what you do when everyone is watching, it’s what you do when no one is looking that gets you to the next level.”
